Neil Wooding, Managing Director

Originally trained as a graphic designer in traditional and new media, Neil transitioned into brand/product, people, and project management. The first phase of his career culminated in a Head of New Media role for a Psion Plc in the UK.

Neil then moved into a series of Senior Management and Consultancy roles for International businesses, with responsibility for different business divisions and Limited businesses. He spearheaded the conception, delivery and business development of a number of large projects for Ogilvy&Mather, a world-wide advertising agency. As Head of Pervasive Media, these include complex campaigns (integrating media, technologies & platforms), campaign design, e-commerce systems, community portals and CMS/database solutions.

Prior to starting Razoreye, his last role was Managing Director of innovations company, Cascata Limited where he was instrumental in conceiving, designing and delivering a host of branded games & portals for clients on the mobile platform. He had a number of noteworthy successes; award-winning technology; a first-time implementation of 3D technology on Palm™ devices plus recognition of "major game studio quality" branding (Master Thief); and securing big contracts to represent major brand owners (e.g. a large portfolio of EMAP property rights & TV brands such as Mr. Bean and Blake7).

Alison Bell, eMarketing Consultant

Alison Bell (MA Hons Cantab), is a freelance consultant and experienced Marketer, specialising in eCRM propositions, branding, communications programmes and online communities. Her traditional & New Media Marketing skills, combined with strategy & business development experience, have earned her an excellent reputation with clients. Just 3 years out of university, she set up and managed a Sales & Marketing joint-venture in N. America or the provision of handheld & mobile products.

Alison also devised, developed & managed a successful commercial website for software purchase & download. It ran promotional marketing schemes and online community initiatives that set the standard for the mobile industry at that time.

Subsequent roles within McCann-Erikson group company, MRM Miller Starr - a database marketing agency - gave Alison the opportunity to work with blue chip clients, including Dell Computing, Disney & Texaco. This gained specialist knowledge in creating customer value through the integration of online & offline marketing databases. At a subsequent role with Microsoft Ltd, UK in the CRM Platform Team, Alison managed the online platform strategy for Microsoft UK web domains and worked alongside product & communications marketers to define the optimal customer value proposition for their campaigns.

Matt Lane, Senior Designer

Matt Lane is a talented designer with many years experience in the New Media field. He was a key member of the web company - DSP Design - for many years and developed many interactive sites for clients such as Drew Gander/Hennessy Reps, Vodafone and Purple Media.

Matt brings a wide range of New Media skills to our Design Team including Flash development and online branding.
