
Originally trained as a graphic designer in traditional and new media, Neil transitioned into brand/product, people, and project management. The first phase of his career culminated in a Head of New Media role for a Psion Plc in the UK.
Neil then moved into a series of Senior Management and Consultancy roles for International businesses, with responsibility for different business divisions and Limited businesses. He spearheaded the conception, delivery and business development of a number of large projects for Ogilvy&Mather, a world-wide advertising agency. As Head of Pervasive Media, these include complex campaigns (integrating media, technologies & platforms), campaign design, e-commerce systems, community portals and CMS/database solutions.
Prior to starting Razoreye, his last role was Managing Director of innovations company, Cascata Limited where he was instrumental in conceiving, designing and delivering a host of branded games & portals for clients on the mobile platform. He had a number of noteworthy successes; award-winning technology; a first-time implementation of 3D technology on Palm™ devices plus recognition of "major game studio quality" branding (Master Thief); and securing big contracts to represent major brand owners (e.g. a large portfolio of EMAP property rights & TV brands such as Mr. Bean and Blake7).
